SportTrack Terms of Use & Subscription Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SportTrack mobile application and related services operated by Chreia Labs, LLC (“Chreia Labs,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using SportTrack, you agree to these Terms and to the SportTrack Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use SportTrack.

SportTrack helps players, parents/guardians, and coaches track tennis matches, practices, statistics, and related team or relationship workflows. Features may include local-first storage, optional cloud backup, live scoring, sharing, messaging, and subscription-gated capabilities. Features can change over time as we improve the product.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including invitations you send and permissions you grant to parents, coaches, teammates, or account-share recipients.
• If you manage a player profile for a minor athlete, you are responsible for that use and for configuring sharing settings appropriately.

You retain rights to the athletic data and other content you enter into SportTrack, subject to the license needed for us to operate the service (host, sync, display to authorized viewers, and process through service providers). You represent that you have the right to upload and share the content you provide, including photos and information about other people when you are authorized to do so.

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content. Do not attempt to access another user’s private data outside the permissions SportTrack provides.

• Use SportTrack only for lawful purposes.
• Do not interfere with service integrity, security, or other users’ access.
• Do not misuse invites, claims, or sharing features to harass or impersonate others.
• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the service except where applicable law expressly allows.

Some SportTrack features require a paid subscription (for example SportTrack Pro or coach-related offerings). Where subscriptions are sold:

• Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play (as applicable to your device), not by SportTrack collecting card numbers.
• Purchases and entitlements are coordinated through RevenueCat and the platform store.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled through your Apple ID or Google Play account subscription settings.
• Payment amounts, renewal periods, free trials, and introductory offers are shown in the store purchase sheet / product listing at the time of purchase.
• You can use Restore Purchases in SportTrack to re-link prior store purchases to your signed-in account where supported.
• Deleting the SportTrack app or SportTrack account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel in the platform account settings to stop renewal.

Match statistics, insights, opponent notes, and related outputs are informational tools for sports tracking and coaching support. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional athletic advice, and they do not guarantee competitive outcomes.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Local-first features may continue when offline; cloud sync, auth, push, and purchases require network access and third-party services.

You may stop using SportTrack at any time. In-app controls may allow deleting SportTrack cloud data (while remaining signed in) or deleting the SportTrack account (which removes the auth user and cascades many related records). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

SportTrack, its branding, and the software (excluding your user content) are owned by Chreia Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

SportTrack is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Chreia Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chreia Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or competitive opportunity arising from your use of SportTrack.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version at this URL and updating the effective date. Material subscription billing practices remain governed by Apple and Google store rules as well.
